Why should you accept this challenge?
The heart chakra is located right next to the heart and is the center of love, acceptance and compassion. It is the point of balance between material things (the first 3 chakras) and spiritual things (the next 3 chakras). When the heart chakra is open and balanced, you feel loved, open and energetic, you feel that you can forgive and you can detach. You breathe easily (literally and figuratively) and you feel that you have an abundance of love to offer, to you and to those around you. You feel at peace with yourself and those around you. You are satisfied, understanding and accept things easily. The heart chakra can be blocked by damaged relationships with loved ones and your family, spending too much time alone – not because you want to, but because you must or may not have too many friends. Selfish or conditioned love can also lead to the closure of the heart chakra.
Imbalance can lead to asthma, a feeling of tightness in the chest, palpitations, heart disease, feelings of despair, the feeling that your heart is closed – as if love can not touch it. You may have the feeling that you do not find your love, that you do not deserve to be loved, you may experience difficulties in detaching from the things that hurt you, you feel anger or hatred towards those around you. Numbness or a feeling of emptiness in the chest can also be caused by the imbalance of the heart chakra.

When, how and where?
The period will be 1 – 7 November 2021.
We will do this together, I will put the activity of the day on the group every day at 8am Romanian time. Every day you will draw a card with positive affirmations for the heart chakra and you will meditate on it. If you don’t have the cards I created, create your own cards. Write one of the following statements on a piece of paper or cardboard the size of a playing card:
- I completely forgive myself for my mistakes of the past, mine and others, and I grow from them.
- I live in harmony with everything around me.
- I receive and give love effortlessly and unconditionally.
- I embrace infinite love.
- I love myself and I accept the love of others.
- I free myself from judgment and hatred.
- I give myself permission to be loved.
Before drawing the affirmation of the day, shuffle the cards. Ask for guidance from Spirit Guides / Universe, either in the form of a question or in the form of an invocation, then draw a card. The statement found on the card is the one that must be repeated throughout the day. Put the card somewhere you can see it, to make it easy to see as many times as necessary and repeat the statement. Also, write in your diary all the emotions and thoughts that come to you when you internalize the statement of the day.
Then, every day we have a heart chakra balancing activity:
Day 1: Scanning the heart chakra
Day 2: Meditation with the use of mudras and sounds
Day 3: Massage of the reflex point for the sacral chakra
Day 4: Meditation with light
Day 5: Food
Day 6: Do a good deed
Day 1: Scanning the heart chakra
On this day you will receive a list of questions that are meant to help you scan your heart chakra as objectively as possible, in order to determine its current state. Answer each question as honestly as possible to see the starting point in unlocking it. Write down all your beliefs, as honestly as possible, in addition to the diagnostic function of the chakra, writing also has therapeutic values…
Day 2: Meditation with the use of mudras and sounds
Choose a comfortable position with your spine straight and your legs crossed and focus on the position of your heart chakra.
Allow the tip of your index finger and the tip of your thumb to touch. Place your left hand on your left knee and your right hand just above the solar plexus, in your chest.
Focus on the heart chakra at the level of the spine, at the level of the heart.
Inhale deeply, and when you exhale, sing the YAM (mantra) sound three times.
Repeat the exercise for 7 to 10 breaths.
Day 3: Massage of the reflex point for the heart chakra
Identify the reflex point for the sacral chakra. Choose an essential oil and apply it on the area. Using a heart chakra balancing crystal, massage the point on the roundness under the big toe, for at least 5 minutes, at each foot, as follows:
- Small, light circles, clockwise
- Fast pressing, 1 second, on the reflexogenic point
- Long press, 10 seconds, on the reflexogenic point
Day 4: Meditation with light
Choose a comfortable Lotus position on the floor, place your right palm under your left arm and your left palm under your right arm. Close your eyes and feel your heartbeat. Synchronize your heartbeat with your breathing. Visualize a bright green light growing in a spiral from your heart.
Alternatively, instead of the simple position, you can adopt the Camel yoga position – a beautiful movement for opening the heart chakra.
Repeat the exercise nine times.
Day 5: Food
Draw the card of the day! Write in your diary all the thoughts that come to you when you repeat the statement of the day. What do you feel? What emotions does the statement provoke in you? What do you need to heal?
Nutrition also plays an important role in balancing the heart chakra. For this day, I suggest adding to breakfast and dinner a tea and a smoothie based on foods that are recommended for balancing the heart chakra.
Day 6: Do a good deed
Today do small acts of kindness, such as helping a stranger, donating to a charity or volunteering – give a little of your time where you feel your heart beating, allowing your mind to rest and your heart to tremble. Practice unconditional love – hug or help someone, without expecting anything in return, or write a kind letter to someone who might find it helpful to know they are loved.
