Our Story

About Me

What you read matters — but even more important is who you read.
That’s why I want to answer this question:

“So, who are you, dear Patricia Lidia, and why should I read anything from your blog?”

I AM PATRICIA LIDIA
AND I AM HERE FOR YOU!

A Little More About Me

My name is Patricia.
And, truthfully, I’ve always been called that — even in those moments when I felt like a stranger to myself.
I’m a woman, an engineer, a mother, a writer, a lyrical strategist — all at once, often unsure how to hold all of it together. But somewhere in that weaving, I began to recognize myself.

Writing has always been both my refuge and my revelation.

Here, on this blog, I’m not trying to impress anyone.
I’m seeking truth. I’m seeking humanity. I’m reaching out to women like me, who feel they have to choose — between efficiency and emotion, between control and freedom, between professionalism and authenticity.

I believe we don’t have to choose.
We can be both.
We can build systems and still question them.

We can lead and still nurture.
We can be precise — and incredibly warm.

I’m the mother of a 10-year-old boy who mirrors my world back to me every single day.
Through him, I’ve learned to ask better questions.
To look beyond the obvious.
To remember that every life story is, in fact, a language longing to be understood.

On this blog, you’ll find pieces of my mind — sometimes structured and technical, other times almost poetic. But also pieces of my heart — raw, vulnerable, real.

I write about work — and burnout.
About money — and dreams.
About parenting — and the unspoken corners of my own childhood.

I don’t know everything. I don’t pretend to be a role model.
But I do believe that through storytelling, we can rebuild ourselves — together.

And if my words reach you with even a glimmer of light, a moment of clarity, or a thought that makes you pause and whisper, “yes… I feel that too,” — then I’ve fulfilled my purpose.

The Turning Point

The pandemic threw my entire life course into chaos.
It made me rethink my priorities, desires, and dreams — the very purpose of my existence. I realized that people are more important than machines, and I chose to slow down and change direction.

But major change takes time, energy, patience, and perseverance.
Step by step, project by project, wish by wish, I’ve moved closer to my soul’s calling.

I trained in chakra balancing and Reiki, manifestation techniques, and the art of life management (planning and organization) — all to fulfill my own purpose.

And if it worked for me — through intentional, focused action — then I know I can teach others what I know and guide them toward the abundant, prosperous life they dream of.
Especially helping them bring together their expertise, passion, and destiny — and turn a simple idea into the story of a lifetime, written on paper.

Welcome to My Space
Here, a woman’s voice is not just an echo.
It’s a beacon.

What I Do (When I’m Not Writing with My Heart in My Hands)

I’ve been an engineer for over 15 years, specializing in the automotive industry — a space where precision, structure, and systems thinking are vital.
A field where you have to prove — not once, but three times — that you belong: because you’re a woman, because you’re from Eastern Europe, because you speak with courage and, at times, with unwavering determination.

In engineering, I’ve built my voice on clarity, thoughtful processes, and solid structures. But in the space between diagrams and requirements, I’ve always carried within me a deep need for story, for meaning, for beauty.

I work in requirements management, bidding processes, and functional architecture definition — but I always keep one eye on the human within the system.
I like to think not just in solutions, but in frameworks for solving.
I bring order to chaos and clarity to complexity.

I’m deeply passionate about continuous learning and the weaving of analytical thinking with narrative insight.
Within me lives both a systems architect and a storyteller who turns experience into meaning.

So if you’re looking for a clear mind and a deeply engaged heart,
you’ve come to the right place.
